These terms govern your use of maxhealthsup.com. By using this site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

1. Who operates this site

MaxHealthSup is owned and operated by Sanderson Gurgel, an independent publisher based in Brazil, working as a sole proprietor. Contact: contact@maxhealthsup.com.

2. What this site is

MaxHealthSup publishes editorial reviews in two categories: dietary supplements sold online, and home comfort products such as fans and personal coolers. Our reviews are opinion and general information based on desk research into publicly available product information, the published literature about the ingredients concerned, and the established engineering principles governing how a device works.

3. This is not medical advice

Nothing on this website is medical, diagnostic or therapeutic advice, and nothing here creates a doctor-patient or any other professional relationship. We are not doctors, pharmacists or dietitians.

Dietary supplements are not medicines. Statements about supplements on this site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration or by any equivalent regulator, and no product described here is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any supplement, particularly if you are pregnant or nursing, under 18, taking prescription medication, or managing a medical condition. Never disregard or delay professional medical advice because of something you read here. If you think you may be having a medical emergency, contact your local emergency service immediately.

Products in our home comfort category are consumer appliances, not medical devices. They are not protection against heat-related illness and must not be relied on as such, particularly for older adults, infants, pregnant people, or anyone with a cardiovascular or respiratory condition. During extreme heat, follow the guidance of your local health authority.

4. No guarantee of results

Individual responses to any supplement vary. We do not promise, imply or guarantee any specific outcome, and any description of what an ingredient is studied for is not a prediction of what will happen to you. We do not publish customer testimonials, and where we describe general research findings, those findings relate to the studies concerned and not to any individual reader.

The same applies to devices. Performance depends on your own conditions — for evaporative cooling products, materially so on local humidity — and no figure published here is a promise of any specific result, saving or reduction in cost.

5. Affiliate relationships

This site is funded by affiliate commissions. Pages contain affiliate links, and if you purchase through one of them we may receive a commission from the seller at no additional cost to you. Our commission is not affected by what our review concludes, but we have a commercial interest in you clicking through and we ask you to read our content with that in mind. 6. We are not the seller

We do not manufacture, distribute, stock or sell any product described on this site. We do not process orders, take payments, arrange shipping, or handle returns, refunds, cancellations or customer service.

Any purchase you make is a contract between you and the seller, governed by that seller's own terms, privacy policy, refund policy and pricing. Guarantees, refund windows and prices described on our pages are those published by the seller at the time of writing and may change without notice — verify them on the seller's website before ordering. If you have a problem with an order, contact the seller directly; we have no access to your order and cannot resolve it.

7. Accuracy and currency of information

We take care to be accurate, but product formulas, ingredient lists, specifications, prices, packaging and refund terms change frequently and without notice, and pages can fall out of date between updates. Information on this site is provided as general information only and without warranty of accuracy or completeness. The seller's official website is always the authoritative source. If you spot an error, please tell us and we will correct it.

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, and the courts of Brazil have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, the United Kingdom or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection rules, this does not deprive you of the protection of those rules or of your right to bring proceedings in your local courts.
